Refund policy
At Hashions, each piece is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure you receive it in its finest condition.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
We only offer exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, dust bags, boxes, and accessories must be intact.
- The item must not be damaged, stained, altered, or used in any way.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, the customer may choose another item of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear pictures/videos of the product.
Please note: delivery charges for exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
